I’m Shmaya Fine. I live in Kfar Eldad, Gush Etzion, with my wife, Sivan, and our four wonderful children. I began my career in real estate many years ago, initially working with investors in Israel and abroad. Over time, what began as a professional path developed into a genuine passion for the field.

Pretty much everything :)
I love homes, properties, opportunities, and deals - but above all, I love people. I enjoy meeting clients, listening carefully, understanding what matters to them, and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of real estate, I love exploring both nature and the city, staying active, and trail running. I also perform with a theater group in Jerusalem - and you’re always welcome to join us for a show :)
